Since its founding in 1993 in Rhode Island, Shore Properties has been committed to understanding your individual needs and ensuring that you will be an extremely satisfied tenant. We are a third-generation family-owned and operated real estate company. Unlike other real estate companies whose primary form of business is property management, Shore Properties takes pride in owning and managing only our own luxury apartments and commercial buildings.

Our tenants have included members of the Fortune 500, non-profits, retail and service firms, high-end restaurants, as well as small boutique companies and digital start-ups. As a result of our consistently good service and exemplary reputation, many of our clients have been referred to us by prior tenants.

Our dedicated maintenance staff is on call twenty four hours a day and our property manager is available to offer personal assistance with intelligent direction and skilled execution during your move and throughout your stay.
